Play is one of the ways we learn to relate to others, to think in new ways, and to foster friendships, new and old. Level Up at Your Library is an all ages summer reading program based around puzzles and games. Whether you’re playing with STEM concepts or gamifying your reading logs, learning to play chess or how to code video games, iREAD 2025: Level Up at Your Library reminds us that libraries are not just a space for knowledge, they are a space for fun!
- Get a Summer Reading Program Badge Book starting June 1st.
- Color in a circle for each day that you read.
- Once you finish a week, you can bring it to the library to get a raffle ticket and prize!
- You can earn extra raffle tickets by completing “side quests” on the last page.
- After 4 weeks, earn a book of your own!
- After 8 weeks, earn a Summer Reading tote bag!
- Pick a car to write your family name on, decorate it, and choose a spot on the wall to park it!
- Work as a family to “level up” by completing activities together.
- During your visits to the library, fill out a challenge card with what your family did, write your contact info and turn it in to the entry box.
- Take a sticker to add to your car for every card submitted!
- At the end of the summer, we will draw a family name to win a grand prize! More cards, more chances to win!
